PLOW TRUCK DRIVERS

Pay: $30–$40 per hour+ Bonus Incentives
Pay rate based on commercial snow removal experience.
Previous commercial snow removal or plow truck experience is preferred, but it’s not a dealbreaker. We’re willing to train the right person who is dependable, takes their responsibilities seriously, and shows up when the call comes.

Walkway Crews & Shovelers
Be part of the team that keeps our sidewalks, walkways, and entrances safe and accessible during winter storms.
Pay Rate: $35/per hour, + Bonus incentives.
Our Sidewalk Service Team uses everything from shovels and snowblowers to ATVs and specialized snow-removal equipment. Whether you have years of snow experience or are looking to pick up some winter work, we’ll put you where you can be successful.
Our management team plans each storm in advance and communicates assignments 24+ hours ahead whenever possible. You’ll know where you’re going, what needs to get done, and who to call if you run into a problem.

- Safely perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of various landscaping equipment and materials, including, but not limited to backpack blowers, large containers of mulch/plant material, various sizes of lawnmowers, etc.
- Leverage 80 lbs. of a walk-behind mower over curbs
- Walk up to 10 miles a day, sometimes uphill and on uneven terrain, often while carrying, pushing, or pulling equipment, materials, or debris.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and work on hands and knees up to 9 hours or more a day
- Willing to accept training for all types of tasks
- To drive vehicles, must have valid driver’s license and pass DOT physical
