Continuous Improvement

To ensure that our clients receive the greatest level of service and to enable us to provide more value than any other landscaping company, we are actively engaged in a structured, regularly-scheduled ‘Working Smarter’ program.

A core team representing all facets of the company, (management, sales, office staff, finance, field operations, fleet maintenance) participates in weekly training sessions. Responsibility for leading sessions is rotated throughout the entire team.

This core team is responsible for promoting and implementing this ‘Working Smarter’ mindset throughout the company.

By applying “Lean” principles, we examine all aspects of our business to:

  • Understand and Assess Current Processes
  • Identify and Eliminate Waste
  • Develop and Implement Improvement Plans
  • Monitor and Acknowledge Progress and Success
  • Evaluate Results, Revise, and Improve as needed

Our focused efforts on maximizing customer value has allowed us to increase service and quality while maintaining competitive pricing.
