- Must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform very physical work, able to lift/carry 35–80 pounds often.
- Tasks include, but are not limited to mowing, trimming, weeding, raking, mulching, spring and fall cleanup, planting, etc.
- Safely perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of various landscaping equipment and materials, including, but not limited to backpack blowers, large containers of mulch/plant material, various sizes of lawnmowers, etc.
- Leverage 80 lbs. of a walk-behind mower over curbs
- Walk up to 10 miles a day, sometimes uphill and on uneven terrain, often while carrying, pushing, or pulling equipment, materials, or debris.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and work on hands and knees up to 9 hours or more a day
- Willing to accept training for all types of tasks
- To drive vehicles, must have valid driver’s license and pass DOT physical
