Base Materials for Hardscape Projects
These materials are ideal for preparing compacted bases for hardscape installation projects.
Processed Gravel Mix
This blend of sand and ¾-inch crushed stone compacts firmly and allows water to drain efficiently. Processed gravel is used as a standard sub-base for driveways, walkways, and patios.
Sand
This finely crushed stone is tan in color and comparable to a coarse river sand. Sand is easy to level and compact and is a preferred bedding course for laying brick, bluestone, and concrete pavers. It is also an ideal base to support an above-ground pool liner.
