Water Conservation Components that Save You Money
Smart Controllers
Smart Controllers are available that adjust the amount of water applied per zone based on environmental factors such as plant type, soil conditions, temperature, rainfall, humidity, and solar radiation.
Pressure Regulators
Proper pressure makes water usage more efficient by eliminating the "fogging" effect that increases evaporation. This will also add to the longevity of the system and reduce leaking.
MP Rotators
For new systems or upgrades, these new, high-quality, more efficient spray heads provide improved water distribution while reducing the amount of water applied.
Built-in Check Valves
Prevent water draining from pipes and irrigation heads located at the bottom of a slope.
Rain Sensors
Rain Sensors will shut down irrigation operation during and shortly after significant precipitation, eliminating unnecessary watering.
Rotator Nozzles
Rotator nozzles have a much lower precipitation rate and a much higher uniformity rating than fixed spray heads. This allows water to penetrate the soil more evenly minimizing runoff. With lower flow, water savings are dramatic when compared with fixed spray heads.
Advanced Head Nozzles
Advanced nozzles provide more efficient water patterns and spray angles.
Drip Irrigation
Drip irrigation applies a low volume of water directly around the root zone of plants to maximize water absorption and minimize evaporation.
